As founder and executive editor of Poets and Dreamers LLC, a global consulting and creative network featured in CBS Los Angeles, Anne connects cultures and continents, publishes fine works of art, and redefines the MFA for artists and writers. As certified executive coach, team coach, and consultant, Anne leads OC Culture and Strategy, guiding business leaders and teams through cultural transformations and strategic planning, specializing in team coaching, strategic planning, and leadership consulting for organizations undergoing change. Her approaches draw on Silicon Valley Tech Strategy, ICF Competencies, and USC Marshall's leadership methodologies. As director of strategic partnerships for ICF Orange County, Anne completed her Master of Leadership at USC and authored the USC EML blog, writing articles on the neuroscience of leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership development, and team building.
